The NAD Evangelism Institute is a North American Division institution that assists the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary in fulfilling its practical theological education objectives.

We believe that our first priority is to develop competent ministerial leaders for the church among the MDiv, MAPM, & DMin students at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary.

We are dedicated to providing a curriculum and practical experience that further equips pastors to be passionate about making disciples and possess an applied knowledge of how to help people accept, internalize, and share in a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and the Seventh-day Adventist message.

When a pastor graduates from the seminary with a Master’s in Divinity, there’s a good chance they will be assigned to a plateaued or declining church. We seek to intentionally prepare them for that ministry and the revitalization of their churches into communities of faith that are actively reaching their local mission fields with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In addition to equipping and mentoring the MDiv students at the Theological Seminary, the Evangelism Institute professors also:

  • Teach MAPM classes in the various unions of the North American Division.
  • Coordinate the Growing and Multiplying Churches DMin Concentration.
  • Serve as Advisors and Readers for various DMin students.
