Steve Leddy is currently the Evangelism and Church Planting Director for the Potomac Conference. He also serves part time at the North American Division Evangelism Institute (NADEI) with the ACTS Church Planting Support System. Additionally, he is the creator of Allies In Mission (AIM), a training program to dramatically increase the mission effectiveness and disciple making potential of new and existing churches.

Steve has been a church planter for his entire pastorate. He has a special passion to build relevant churches and ministries that appeal to and attract people who are unchurched and young adults who are spiritually disengaged.

Steve and his wife Melissa have worked together in ministry for 27 years. They are blessed with three wonderful children, Jordan, Tori and Austin, all of whom are grown and thriving as young adults.
