How does one become a HSG leader? There are four steps to becoming a small group leader at The Passage. First, one must have hands-on experience by being active in on of The Passage's small groups. Second, one needs to complete the equipping track. Third, one must assist in a current group. And fourth, one must receive the blessing of The Passage's pastoral leadership by demonstrating faithfulness to the Lord, to the church's leadership, and to others.
