Community - As a member's relationship with God matures, so will his or her relationship with others, entering into true community.

Equipping - Members grow through the process of discipleship with the help of a spiritual mentor and equipping material.

Accountability - Group members are paired in same-gender partnerships to hold one-another accountable to spiritual growth.

Leadership - As members mature spiritually they become mentors themselves and are then equipped to lead their very own group.

Evangelism - As members reach out in friendship to other Christians and those who don’t yet have a relationship with God, they are drawn into community within the Holistic Small Group. This group then grows and eventually multiplies to make room for new people
